Barb is a highly experienced contracts and procurement professional with over 25 years within the oil and gas, mining, local government and small business sectors.
With extensive experience in the areas of contracts, procurement, construction and project delivery, including FPSO and marine, IT, logistics and operational contracts, it complements Barb’s practical commercial approach to the delivery of sustainable projects and solutions.
Suzanne Findlay
Senior Consultant
Sue is an experienced procurement specialist and contract manager who later branched out into bid management and tender writing. This has given her deep insight into both sides of procurement.
She maintains a strategic yet practical and systematic approach to procurement, always with an eye to obtaining the best outcome for her client.

Darren is a well organised, efficient and a professional procurement specialist person.
He has over 19 years local government experience (just under 7 not for profit (WALGA) and 6.5 years in private business so far.
With his experience in both the Private, Not for Profit and Government sectors provides him a strong commercial acumen and knowledge around both sides of procurement, enables Darren to provide complete procurement solutions.
Nicholas Sullivan
Senior Consultant
Nicholas is CPA qualified with over 20 years financial and commercial experience in construction, services, rail and mining equipment, and chemical industries. In addition, he has managed large ERP systems (JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics) including several end-to-end implementations. He has experience in designing and re-engineering end to end business processes, either as the basis for system implementation or to drive process improvement.
Sarah Whithorn
Senior Consultant
Prior to joining Procurement Associates, Sarah has spent 15 years working in the resources industry across mining and oil & gas in both commercial & operational roles. She’s focused on delivering strong commercial outcome for clients, whilst having a pragmatic approach to risk.
She is a member of several international professional bodies and have a commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
